Author Guidelines

Authors should present an accurate account of the work performed as well as an objective discussion of its significance. A paper should contain all the references to permit others to locate and consult the sources on which the paper is based. Fraudulent or knowingly inaccurate statements are unethical behaviour and are unacceptable.

All submitted files are in pdf format and must follow the journal template provided at the following links: latex and docx. To make a new submission please follow the Make a Submission guide.

To send an article to the journal a free account is required. A guide for registering a new account can be found here. No fee is required for publishing with System Theory, Control and Computing Journal. Once published, all papers are available free of charge.

The authors should ensure that they have written entirely original works, and if they have used the work or words of others, this has been appropriately cited or quoted. Proper acknowledgment of the work of others must always be given by means of notes written according to bibliographical standards. Information obtained privately, as in conversation, correspondence, or discussion with third parties, must not be used or reported without explicit permission from the source, and the acknowledgement should be made clearly. Plagiarism in all its forms constitutes unethical publishing behaviour and is unacceptable.

An author should not in general publish manuscripts describing essentially the same research in more than one journal or primary publication. Submitting the same manuscript to more than one journal concurrently constitutes unethical publishing behaviour.

All those who have made significant contributions to the paper should be listed as co-authors.

The authors have the right to appeal against any editorial decision. A statement with rebuttal should be sent directly to the Editor-in-Chief.
